i read something about sort of a ¨dosbox¨ program for ubuntu-touch, to work with gluugle-apps ?is it lighter then android also ?

No, it cannot. But for many devices, you can install Waydroid which is a compatibility layer that makes it possible to run Android apps. I think that is what you mean.
It's hard to say whether UT is lighter than Android but i do think it is.

Define 'lighter'. If you mean 'gives you more mileage between battery charges' the answer is mostly, 'no'.
If you mean 'less background services and less bloat', then the answer is definitely 'yes'.
But a lot of that is lost or diminished if you install Waydroid.
If you are going to heavily depend on Android apps, then maybe an Android based OS would suit you better.
