(solved) Video recording since OTA-2

Today I wanted to record a video and it doesn't work. I'm pretty sure, that this has worked under OTA-1.
It seems that the recording itself is working, but when the recording is stopped and the file needs to be saved there comes up an error-message. When I close the camera-app and look into the gallery there is a black icon for the recorded video which says error while loading video.
Pictures are working fine without any problem.
Does anybody else have this issue too?

@kristatos @deathmist is in a better position than me to answer the problem but it's possible that a stable/dev/stable round trip will fix the problem as a dev / stable round trip solved this for him. To try if you can spend 1go of internet..

@domubpkm I've tried this and switched from stable to devel and back to stable again but it doesn't fix the problem for me. Also on devel the video recording was not functional. Maybe I'll reinstall with wipe option to see if the problem still exists.

Edit: Reinstall with the installer doesn't bring back recording. Only running through the installer with "wipe"-option brought back video-recording. I don't know what exactly was broken, but now it's working again

Edit2: @mihael I found out, that it has to do with the cache (~/.cache). I don't know which cache exactly, but it's easier to delete the cache than reinstall+wipe the phone. The only app that doesn't seems to like this is dekko (you have to reconfigure your E-Mail-accounts). But you can try to save&restore the cache for dekko instead of deleting it.
