RE: Ubuntu Touch Audiocast (UTA) Episode 40 - Discussion
Thank you

for Fluffy Chat and as well for the Flashcard app, it is really useful (danke an deiner Freundin, Krille!) and luckily I (still) do not have Stop Wasting Time installed, else you would have been my "wasted" time

for the really interesting audiocasts, that I recently discovered, I love them! I really appreciate listening to them because I always learn new things about UT!
It is really interesting when you interview the community, and particularly app developers, so then you know who is behind the code line! Who would have done the link between heavy metal and fluffy chat? (and now everyone knows that even if cats have something to do with the app, there is no French behind it :))
Keep going out there and in here !!! -

RE: Web App generator
I agree on your points!
For web-apps in the store, I totally agree that there are too much and only few users use them (even if they can be really useful!!!)For the alternate-webapp-generator it's better than nothing, but what canonical did was really a wonderful idea!!! Because I'm not a developer and I don't even know how to run a script
That's why I have two questions:
Would it be possible to do something as canonical did, i.e. a server were you insert a link and you can download a .click?
Or a better solution: would it be possible to have a web-app generator on the phone, i.e. an app where you insert a link and it generates an app directly in the phone?Because I think that web-apps are "useless" in the store (even if I could install your app, I'm in Vienna too ;)), so I think there has to be found a solution even for this one day, and a web-app generator could help !
What do you think about it?

RE: A possible Dash replacement
Hi! I will give my opinion as well, even if others already had similar arguments to mine.
Well, I'm really sorry to say it like that, but I sincerely hope that this will not be the future dash of Ubports...
For me Ubuntu Touch is an alternative OS to Android and the mainstream mobile OSs, that's why I think that what's special on it is to be different.
I hope the dash to look more like that : https://news.softpedia.com/news/ubuntu-touch-vibrant-venice-concept-is-absolutely-stunning-493303.shtml
Of course it was conceived with the scopes (<3), but in my opinion it was one of the best things of UT...
Nevertheless, thank you for keeping to work hardly on the OS !! -

RE: Telegram-App: Improvements
Hi,
I'm not a developer, I'm only a user, so sorry, I can't help by developing.
I wanted to ask if the Telegram development should not focus on calls ! (the new Telegram feature!), because the Telegram app works quiet good (even if not supergroups or secret chats), but I think that the calls would make the app much more attractive and make it to the most used app on Ubuntu Touch!
But I'm not a developer, so I don't even know if it's even possible! And if it is, would it be "easy" to bring to UT?
