I'm on UTC+1 (automatic date & time too). I've got 2 kinds of events: "personal" (created locally from device) and imported (from other calendars).
I switched to UTC+2: all events are well updated. Both in calendar and quick settings.
On Pixel 3a (rc 13).

On Pixel 3a (Focal rc 13): updated the GPS without any bug and tested it with sensor status app 1stly, then with clock, weather, unav and pure maps. OK for me.

@arubislander thanks for the explanation.
(No bug, for me, with this minor but useful functionality. On Focal stable.)
