The information provided here: http://docs.ubports.com/en/latest/userguide/dailyuse/anbox.html doesn't mention the Nexus 4. Since it's been edited 3 weeks ago, the aticle is still up to date, I guess.

@james YMMD, finally a working solution.Using the old installer (0.1.9) did the trick.
