Has anyone here successfully run a home server directly on Ubuntu Touch?
I’m curious about:

What kind of services you’ve managed to run (e.g., web server, file server, SSH, media streaming)

How stable the system is for 24/7 operation

Any limitations due to the read-only root filesystem or confinement

Recommended tools or packages to make it work

I’m considering using an older device as a lightweight home server and would love to hear real-world experiences or tips before I experiment.

Does Ubuntu Touch on the OnePlus 6 (enchilada) support concurrent Wi-Fi client + hotspot mode?
In other words — can the phone connect to an existing Wi-Fi network and at the same time share that same network over its hotspot (acting like a Wi-Fi repeater)?

If it’s not currently possible, is the limitation due to hardware, drivers, or missing implementation in Ubuntu Touch?
Any known workarounds would also be appreciated.
