@elmx Not having this device I can only speak in general terms and can assure you that we do care about theses issues as with all issues that arise. The normal problem in fixing these are time and people. There are only a few people or sometimes only one person working on each port often in their own time as a volunteer. This is one priority we are working on fixing.
I know it is frustrating when things don't work and you are perfectly free to use whatever OS you choose. I would hope however you will try UT again at some point in the future.
