RE: No USB data transfer on Pixel 3a
I had the same problem. USB transfer/recognition worked on 16.04 OTA 23, then when I upgraded to OTA 25, it did not (https://forums.ubports.com/post/73614). Then, I upgraded to Focal, and it works again. My recommendation, upgrade to Focal.

RE: No USB data transfer on Pixel 3a
Is this happening on 16.04? If so, which OTA?

RE: Mint Mobile on 3a calls in and out not working
Mint does support 2G calling, I use it daily on my 3aXL. There may be a subtle issue with your APN settings, or perhaps it could be area related. I recommend joining the UBports [North America Carrier Issues] teleports group. This group has been very good at resolving these problems.

RE: FP4 USA Developer Channel Mint Mobile No Network
@u20230703 If you visit/join the UBports [North America Carrier Issues] teleports group, the configuration settings you need is pinned there. Here is it too to make it easy for you:

I'm using these configuration settings with Mint, and it's my daily driver.
If you still have issues, this group has been very helpful in getting these issues resolved. -

RE: MTP not working on Pixel 3a XL after OTA-25 update
Same exact problem.. Was running OTA-23 on Pixel 3aXL, plugged my phone into PC (ubuntu 16.04), and Pixel 3a icon immediately popped up on applications bar. I clicked on this icon to backup all files from my phone. No problems. Upgraded to OTA-25, and when I plug phone back into computer (same cable same day), no icon pops up, and phone is not seen by lsusb or adb. Same issue whether developer mode on phone is enabled or not. I was hoping to experiment a bit with linphone but can't till computer recognizes phone again. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Haptic Keyboard in Waydroid
Hi everyone. Recently installed ubuntu touch on a Pixel 3a XL, and am really liking it. One feature that I would like to deactive is the haptic (vibration) feeling when you press a key on the keyboard in Waydroid. It's deactivated in Ubuntu touch and (I believe) in the Waydroid Android settings, but still vibrates upon key press. Am I missing something??
