@linl Yeah, I did the same thing. Started with the chat support and they mentioned they could help me but would need get back to me via email. Did some emails back and forth and they asked for all the same stuff (even though I provided it in the initial chat) and after a week of back and forth they came out and said they couldn't help me. =(

If you have the BE2028 model, you may need to update the firmware file first. I found this and was able to load it into mine but I was never able to unlock the bootloader as OnePlus wouldn't provide me an unlock token. If you do flash that via the MSM tool, make sure to unlock your bootloader again.

Probably a dumb question but are the n100 and the n200 the same as far as ubuntu touch goes? I can't seem to find anything specific to the n200 and am looking for a 5g phone that I could put Ubuntu touch on. I've got an n10 on order but just waiting for it right now....just curious if the n200 was an option as it's notably cheaper as well as supporting 5g.
