Fixed - Reset Phone and all settings does not keep rebooting

Looks like Pine64 will offer a hardware fix a certain places not sure of the details at the moment but I have asked

@heng *Bump - Yes someone must know hoe to do this in Software - I dont mind the software switch option I have PP CE as well

I have a issue since this update and the PinePhone keeps randomly rebooting it self but the over all speed is good and feels a lot more responsive.
