RE: Including community managers and technical writers is a MASSIVE step in the right direction.

@hyc @robn I contributed as a technical writer to @sympy via Google Season of Docs. I pointed a technical writer to that program a couple years later, and they wanted to participate, but unfortunately GSOD was discontinued.
