I just got very recently a Volla phone with Ubuntu Touch installed, so I'm really a newbie with that ecosystem;
A few days ago, I got notified that a new version of the OS was available, asking me if I wanted to reboot and install. I agreed.

Since this, the phone does not boot anymore. It gets stuck on the volla logo.
I've tried to let it fully charge, to reboot it, to remove battery, but it's still the same.

It looks to me that the OS now fails to start for some reason.
I had a look if I could find someone else having this issue with the latest OS update, even with another phone but found nothing so far, except stumbling upon your community, which seems to be a very good starting point

Does that ring any bell? Does anyone experienced something similar? Or knows where I could start to investigate/fix this?
