The issue is fixed. I installed "V12.0.3.0.QJWMIXM" image to the phone, then installed UT with UBports installer. Now I can make/receive calls. Thanks to @beyolf.

RE: redmi note 9s can't make calls even going back to stock
Update. If anyone encounter with the problem i had which is can't make/receive a call after going back to android from Ubuntu on Redmi Note 9S. Try "V11.0.10.0.QJWMIXM Global image" this image fixed calling issue for android.
I'm gonna install "V12.0.3.0.QJWMIXM Global Image" and try Ubuntu again as @beyolf suggested above.

@beyolf Thanks for reply. I'm gonna try V11.0.10.0.QJWMIXM Global image first while waiting for the 12.0.3.0.QJWMIXM. I'm gonna update to results.

redmi note 9s can't make calls even going back to stock
Hi all,
After some custom rom hopping i want to give it a try to UT. So I was using my redmi note 9S like two years with lineageOS. Other day i checked ubports installer try to install the UT.
First rookie mistake i didn't downgrade to android 10 and tried to install and installer stuck at reboot to fastbootd and i forced it and device soft bricked. After failed attempt I restored device to stock rom but this time i installed MIUI v12.0.4QJWTRXM which is android 10. After this I installed the Ubuntu succesfully everything is working fine except make/receive calls. I know VoLTE is not supported. so i go back to first stock rom than lineageOS.
So after going back both stock and custom I can't make/receive calls. IMEI is showing up correctly tried another SIM but no lock.( for both SIM slots). How can I fix this or is there way for this? Also as a bonus, i now have 3 second cuts on sound output.
Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance.
