edit: is it maybe just the phone that's broken?

    • Can't access firewall

I cant access my firewall either thorugh iptables or ufw. Ive got a Nexus 4 and I tried stable / rc and dev release, same result.
It goes a litle bit like this (i quote here the sudo ufw status response, iptables has similar problems, which makes sense i guess):

WARN: uid is 0 but'/' is owned by 1000
      WARN / is group writable!
ERROR: problem running tiptables: modprobe: ERROR: ../libkmod/libkmod.c586 kmod_search_moddep() could not open moddep file '/lib/modules/3.4.0+/modules.dep.bin'
modprobe: FATAL: Module ip_tables not found in directory /lib/modules/3.4.0+
iptables v1.6.0: can't initialize iptables table 'filter': Table does not exist (do you need to insmod?)
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

I got linux running on several machines but am in no way an expert. Also should mention that i have very little clues as to how for instance accessing my phone from my ubuntu distro works.
