The solution isn't to pivot from one proprietary platform to a different one.

It isn't even about repatriating the servers to your home country. (Although that's often a good thing!)

It's about moving to Free Software platforms that you or your community can run for yourselves!

(And yes, I'm still waiting for signalapp to release all of their backend automation/infra code!)
