FWIW in USA a lot of tech writers are women and/or BIPOC. so thereβs the usual social stupidity nobody WBIPOC signed up for being born. but that also impacts availability. the fact is, WBIPOC earn pennies on the dollar compared to white men, ESPECIALLY in tech. if you have to work several jobs to make ends meet, unpaid FLOSS labor βwith the added bonus of harassmentβ isn't a priority, innit? @hyc @robn
