the tablet with version ota 16.04 ca not read SD card

I tried also fron ubuntu to install, but ubuntu detect tthe Tablet but not UBports installer

I made step by step and in the tablet appears FASTBOOT mode. I saw that Ubport program can not recognize the tablet although windows does. Although I've tried in different computers, there is no interaction.
BQ m10 has the S.O. Ubuntu 15.04(OTA-15)

I have bq m10 Fhd ubuntu edition and I try to install UBports from Windows and it does not work. How I could do it?
