@m1rk0 @GrapheneOS Google is one of the biggest contributors to FOSS, and there is no clear indication that Google wants to make the Android platform proprietary, they are not stupid; not only would this be of no benefit to Google, but open source makes it easy for OEMs to integrate their privileged Play Services, through which Google exploits most of the data that users share with their consent. GrapheneOS is not affected until proven otherwise.
