@pixelated Yes. There is no sudo or su available in the container, because it is unprivileged and will not work.

@KrishneshG Please do not flood the Forum with bug reports or feature requests, they will get lost here. If you feel something is ready enough to be a bug ofr feature, please bring it up on the main issue trackers for Apps and Ubuntu Touch in general. Apps are partially on Gitlab: https://gitlab.com/ubports/apps, the main tracker for UT is here: http://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch and you can also search through our repos at http://github.com/ubports for the other core apps that are not on Gitlab.

Actually, I believe it's a single tap to auto-complete in the terminal and double-tap to see all possible matches of there's too many.

Thank you. If you check the GitLab of the project, you'll see there's already an issue opened: https://gitlab.com/ubports/apps/filemanager-app/-/issues/41 You can find all core apps in: https://gitlab.com/ubports/apps and in github.com/ubports/ It's easier for developers to have the issues there

You cannot meaningfully judge if an app will suit your needs just by the screenshots now, can you?

@unklebonehead by "desktop Ubuntu touch" I meant Ubuntu Touch in convergence mode or installed on a desktop computer (that should be the same) For the desktop OS Ubuntu by Canonical, the short answer was: I don't think so... But clickable is used for app development and it allows to run apps on the desktop. But that's a huge gun for such a small target (it uses a docker image of UT to run the app within...)

@Edward-Wilhelm said in What adapter is recomended for Ubuntu Touch convergence?: Also, I don't use Microsoft. Microsoft contributes directly to many open source projects, including the Linux kernel. Wireless display is done via Miracast protocol, so you are welcome to try a different adapter and make pull requests to fix any issues that may come up with them, but the Microsoft adapter is one of the best.

@dobey Acknowledged. @dobey would you mind copy-pasting the suggestion onto relevant GitHub repo if I delete it from the dialer-app's list of issues ? I don't have GitHub account. I'm GitLab user and don't wanna be creating account just to post a suggestion.

@Lakotaubp said in How does the Oneplus One compare to later versions?: @Edward-Wilhelm These are all the supported devices https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io/ The OPO is good and fully (except camera zoom) working. The OP3/3t is nearly at the same level and is also very good, but have a look and compare. I can support this. I am running on the OPO and it runs phenomenally (phenomenal?). I dont have OP3 so I cant say for sure on that.
