@ljutica I've read on here somewhere that installing linage then Ubuntu touch worked fine. Will try and find the info, but that was it basically OPO to Linage to Ubuntu Touch

Excuse me, but it looks as though I'm posting the wrong question on the ubports forum and wonder how to use CyanogenMod. It was not my intention.
I want to go to v15, because I'm constantly plugged in USBcharging. I always have to include MTP (Media Transfer Protocol). As soon as the phone locks, I look at the settings and it is USB charging.
Also on v13 can not find the option - OEM Unlock.
I also hope that the newer version of CayongenMod will make it easier to install UBTouch.

@ljutica Ok thanks for the clarification.
edit: On my OPO OEM Unlock is in developer options. By taping on the build number 7-8 times you unlock developer options if that helps.

I did tap 7 times and unlock developers option.
I watched a couple of times and I could not see the OEM unlock option.
              I look again ....

@ljutica Ok sorry about that. You need to install adb tools first on your laptop/PC. Its already there in Ubuntu's repository, windows you need 15 sec adb from Xda developers https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979. When that's done in the terminal type

                      adb devices

You should see your device listed. Then type

                      adb reboot-bootloader.

                      Then sudo fastboot devices

Your device should be shown. Then run

                      sudo fastboot oem unlock
