Proliferation of L-00XXX accounts

There is a weird proliferation of L-00XXX forum accounts.

@libremax I've moved this to off-topic. The main reason for that 'proliferation' is that although we moderators can delete spam accounts, we couldn't until now remove/replace the spammer usernames so they were still spamming from their graves in some cases
