How to get news working? Nothing is shown and I have no idea what to enter in the "Filter (XPath)" setting.
Otherwise this looks really nice, good job!
-
YAY! Battery drain issue seems to be fixed with the newest update!
-
Great work - many thanks for this, should be considered as the default UT launcher for the future ...
is there any chance to get it work with the "ubuntu home button" ?

I really like this very promising app. Very good work !!
Result of a (bad ) experiment i done.... and ADVICE :
before uninstalling this app ( i deleted cache/config/data before and done with UTT), containing a custom launcher, you must restore the initial launcher or risk ending up with a black screen without any app or web-app icon. Very embarrassing, I thought I was going to have to reflush my phone !!Fortunately with the favorite bar that it persists and the Openstore app present inside (luckily !), I reinstalled Launcher Modular app, and restored the initial launcher and uninstalled the app after without any bad effect...
Enriching experience..

Love it! was waiting for something like this for ages. just one thing: could you please make it possible to add more favourite apps? i'd like to have all my favs on top
-
Thank you so much for your work on this! - this definitely seems incredibly promising.
My own priority feature enhancement request would be for it to be able to include launchers for the desktop apps we have installed via Libertine - if that was enabled then I would be able to have all the functionality (and more) that I have via the current Dash. Thanks for your consideration on that!Best regards,
Steve Berson -
@syper I had posted few issues and few enhancements through framagit. And would like to help in anyway possible.

Has anyone else had an issue with some apps not showing up when using this launcher? Ghostcloud, for example, doesn't show up but shows it's installed (and shows up using both the default and "Sprint" launcher.
-
@Photojoe4 - I can confirm that Ghost Cloud does not get included in Launcher Modular's app list even though it is installed.
Best regards,

Ohh thanks for this bug i'm going to look at what's wrong
-
@syper Sure thing, looking forward to using this as my daily driver once the bugs are worked out!
-
@Photojoe4 Hello, the bug has been fixed and will be present in the update scheduled next weekend
-
@syper Nice, thank you for letting me know!
-
Launcher Modular has been updated
-
Looks good, I'll give it a try this week thanks!
-
Launcher Modular has been updated
- Correct sort app after search
- hide favorite app if set
- Correct scroll for favorite app in settings
- Update translation
- Add libertine apps
- New installation method (it is recommended to apply the default launcher again if it was done before)
- Correct duplicated favorite app
If your default launcher is Launcher Modular, you have to restore the dash and then return Launcher Modular.
We have improved the installation so that it does not quit anymore and act with the Ubuntu orange button -
Like @RandomUser , don't understand how to use xPath
pictures crash every time i try it
...but really nice app, don't want to change after use it!
