Re-encoded Fairphone 2 video was upside down. [Solved]

Hi.
I'm currently on OTA10.
I recorded a video with UT on my FP2. It created a .MP4 file and was the correct orientation. I wanted to bring down the video size and used VP8+Vorbis in Handbrake. The resulting video was flipped upside down. That's odd!

If I rotate the phone to landscape leftwise or rightwise -- both come out fine. However, it's only the rightwise rotated landscape video that was upsidedown when re-encoded from .mp4 to .mkv.
