        On my BQ M10, it is possible to change the order of Support topics between oldest > newest and newest > oldest.

        I can't find a way to do this on my Nexus 4 devel 491 which lists topics oldest > newest.

        This is really inconvenient if you want to check recent posts (which is normally the case). Scrolling through everything from 2016 onwards is tedious.

        Any suggestions?

            Hi, you should be able to do it.

            Tap on the middle icon (the grayed one in the screenshot below) to sort the messages.
            Preferences should be kept through all of your devices...

            You can try to cleanup the cache for the webapp if you think it may come from it.

              Just touched base with @ellypsis and we agreed that the repetition of the search item in the left side drop down menu must be a website problem.

                  @AppLee Great, that worked!
                  My problem was that I had selected the Support thread prior to setting the topics sequence.
                  With your explanation, problem resolved!

                      @AppLee I've also discovered that the drop down menu on the left only works properly when you are signed in!

                        @dtarrant Probably, most items on the menu are for registered users.
