Battery percentage in toolbar

Feature request: we should allow for a battery percentage to be displayed on the tool bar as a more accurate representation of current battery status at a glance

@KrishneshG It's actually possible via the UT Tweak Tool app. But I think it should be added to the system settings app.

@rocket2nfinity im getting the impression UT Tweak is a important config app if this is the case we should consider it as one of the base applications we install with the OS or merge the functionality into settings

@KrishneshG The developers are moving functions out of UT Tweak Tool as they can, as it has full system access. It just hasn't been the highest priority.

@KrishneshG It's more like for experimental or hidden stuffs that hasn't been merged into the system settings app. And I guess if someone has the time, many of those settings can already be merged into the system settings app.
