Best compatible dual SIM phone

I'm starting my process of decommissioning from Google and Facebook and I would like to know your opinion on the best phone to ensure that, related with stability and hardware resources (plus dual SIM).Thank you!

CEX sells secondhand ones online from £95 -
You should know it has a tendancy to crash and flashlight doesn't work (yet)
