BQ E4.5 sees SIM only in 2nd slot

One of my BQ E4.5 sees my SIM only in the 2nd slot. Any hints what I could do?

@guru Have you tried putting two sims in at once?

I did not do this and I'd not do this by intention because in the carriage is only room for one SIM card and I'd be afraid that it will not come out again.
Or, how do you mean your question?

@guru Sure you've done this already and that's why you post here but I was wondering if you had a sim in each slot and device only sees 1?

I misinterpreted your question as 'two SIM in the not working slot at once', sorry.
Yes, when I put two SIM, one in each slot, only the one in the 2nd is seen.

Don't know how is built E4.5 but the best would be to open it for direct access and use a thin tool with thin piece of tissue.
Put the battery off before anyway. -

I had the same issue on my E5. But now it become worse. Both slots doesn't work anymore.
Did you find a solution?
