Constant SSL errors on newly installed Volla Phone

Today I've got my Volla Phone with preinstalled ubports, and I am playing around with it. However, in the Browser, every website is beeing complained about due to invalid SSL certificates.
It seems to me like there are no root certificates installed on the device. I have searched the open store but it did not yield any results.
How can I fix this? Using adb & apt install? What package do I need?

It is already running OTA-15 according to system settings.
When I first booted the device, it was offering me an update at the initial setup wizard, which I accepted, however it ended with something like "... update failed". After that, I fail to find another popup for the update, so I am neither sure what was beeing updated, or if it succeeded or failed.

@s710 I didn't got the OTA-15 update at the first start up, so I've did it just after and got a "failed result" as well.
After a reboot, system settings did indicate that OTA-15 was the latest installed version however.Since I suspected an initial installation problem I did reinstall UT with the UBports installer and noticed some improvements.
Concerning invalid web certificates, it appears very occasionally. (cnn.com for example).
So if you didn't spent to much time to install things on your Vollaphone I would recommend to reboot in recovery => Android actions => Wipe cache. Than make a fresh install using the UBports installer (check wipe data + bootstrap format partition) and you will get the best of your UT on the Vollaphone.
If you don't want to reinstall everything, just uncheck "Wipe data" + "Bootstrap" in the installer.

recovery => Android actions => Wipe cache.Are you sure of that ? I didn't see 'Wipe cache' neither 'Wipe cache partition' in 'Androïd actions' on the UT Volla, I found only 'Wipe System partition' but i'm not sure it is the same thing and if we can use this option before flashing..
@NeoTheThird That said, it is likely (i'm not sure) that the installer performs by default the Android action, 'Wipe Cache partion' when flashing.
There is also an option in the installer, Tools/'Clean cached files' but I don't know what exactly this option cleans up and when use it. -
@domubpkm Wipe system partition will probably delete all your data. I suggest starting with a reinstall of UT without "wipe" in the Installer.
