Support via Teleports Telegramm

Operators should slowly learn about Telegram support. I will avoid support via Telegram in the future. I was called stupid in the English group just because I reported an error. I will install another operating system after all. My time as a beta tester and Ubuntu Touch was not bad. But this kind of support pisses me off. Just for the record, I'm not stupid. Since all I get contaminated with is spam here on Telegram, I'd rather leave voluntarily. Hopefully this is food for thought for the makers of Ubuntu Touch.

@dpitti I'm usually in the [ENGLISH] group and that seems out of the normal character of responses. Usually responses are polite and helpful. For example, people are directed to more appropriate places to report, or get help with, problems.

I didn't see this happen to you, was it recently?

I don't see that happening either, though. A search for the word 'stupid' finds no such thing. Are you the one who said "You absolutely have to fix teleport"?
That person was only told "And you absolutely have to calm down" which is very different from being called stupid.

If you think Ubuntu Touch community is more willing to call "stupid" people, wich i never saw here on the forum, than other OS community, then you'll fall from high, one time or another.

And considering one experience with one person as the only experience you'll have with any people.... Well that's not very kind for all those making Ubuntu Touch, and thoses helping kindly without any return in mind other than the goal to help.

I have to apologize because the translator put it wrong. No, I'm not angry with the groups. The whole topic is done, please delete this post. If Ubuntu Touch was bad I wouldn't try to build an FM app with people from the Xiaomi group. But that will be quite difficult as there are several problems.

I will not delete the thread as this is not the method here to act as hiding things.
