So far I tried to install caldav and carddav on ubuntu touch without success.
        I tried like this:
        https://docs.ubports.com/en/latest/userguide/advanceduse/dav.html

        But now the question:

I have now 2 calendars in my list (duomimocal), which I cannot use. How can I delete them?

I'm just guessing, but i have 2 ideas.

          1. In /.config/evolution/sources directory there are some files with "source" extension. I created a few additional offline calendars by producing new .source files. Maybe the online calendar properties are stored here too. So just delete the adequate source file.
          2. Try System settings > Accounts. A list have to be there that contains your online calendars. You might delete them.

This topic a nice example of my earlier post in a different topic when I mentioned : "We need more options!"

There are a lot of things in Ubuntu Touch that are simply waaaay to basic and need some serious improvement! 🙂

            My phones :

            • BQ Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Phone Edition - Ubuntu Touch 16.04 LTS
            • ZUK Z2 Pro - ZUI Android 8.x
            • Xiaomi Mi 9T - Jolla SailFish 3.4.x Community Build

            P.S. : I am NOT a developer! ;)

@nero355 If you want more options the onus is on you to create them and submit them to the development team at Ubuntu Touch.

@gy0im Thanks that did the trick.. I did not know what I was deleting actually, and by mistake I also deleted my phone book. But nothing I can restore, so everything great!

If I was a developer they would already be there... 😉

Not being a developer is not an excuse 🙂
I'm not an electrician, but I installer new heaters in my flat.
I'm not an electronician but I managed to solder a board for a simple circuit I needed.
I'm not a baker but I can make delicious cakes.

Nowadays with resources available on youtube and on websites like open classroom you can learn about anything if you put in time and effort.

So not being a developer is not an excuse so one can simply ask for things to be done and do nothing.
As part of a community and as a general rule do not ask what your country the community can do for you, but what you can bring to the community.

I have the skills, but no time, so I understand if one does not have the time to learn but just "not being a developer" is not a real excuse...

                    Nothing against you.
You just brought this up and I try to make people around here realize that they can be valuable for this community even if not developers. 💪 :family_man_woman_boy: :family_man_man_girl:

I agree with the things you are saying, except for the first part : Learning to fix your car for example is something totally different than beeing a developer! 😉

But now that you mention it : I am actually considering having another go at it somewhere in the future...

I tried in the past and horribly failed! :grinning_squinting_face:
