Donation to UBP failed

Trying to make my annual donation to UB Ports via the shop failed with the message "Provided email is already in the system".
Trying to do the same thing by bank transfer it seems my bank (Natwest) does not recognise the sort code for UBP bank (Stadtsparkasse München), so that too failed.
I know I have given money previously but I don't remember how I did it. Any ideas folks?

@cliffcoggin I dont know about annual but you can donate with card on their store.

Problem solved. There is an unlabelled blue P on the donate page that leads to Paypal.
