@ian WayDroid works pretty well on the Vollaphone.

So I understand. Most folks say it works OK, but I trashed my VPX just trying to load Waydoid Helper. If I can summon up the resolve I will have another go... but this time I will make a copy of /home/phablet before I start

@ian Just to state the obvious: Volla Phone and Volla Phone X are different devices.
They share a lot but the ports are different and assuming if something works on one, it should work on the other is a stretch (at most) -
@applee Whoops. Sorry about that. I read Volla Phone and somehow added an X in my head. I've edited my posts above, but left them in to show I wasn't paying full attention.

I never received an email notification regarding replies to this thread so I just saw these.
Anyway, perhaps I read past it but I did not see any instructions on how to contribute with testing. Or are there no more open issues with the volla phone running the latest ubuntu touch?
