Bluetooth stopped working

@embeddedmz Thank You for the hint. Indeed bluetooth is only working with wifi turned on. I will report this too.

@messayisto Opened an issue here:

by the way people, do you know why my bluetooth (laptop or smartphone) detect so many unknown devices ??!!?? We live in strange times and since I have never seen this before, can these devices be the people jabbed with the gene threapy shots (aka covid-19 vaccines containing military nanotechnology) ??

I thought that stuff was IPv6 based ?!
Would be kind of funny tho... tragic comedy!

@nero355 I will continue my research. Some say that it is the Covid-19 application (that holds the QR code), here in France, that could create a new bluetooth device.
But this phenomenon has been observed elsewhere, where this application does not exist.
I am VERY tired of the current BS and what the governments are doing to reduce our freedom that this kind of stuff is believebale for me (even if it's dumb). We are heading towards an Orwellian dystopia.

@embeddedmz
So it wasn't a joke the bluetooth vaccine ?!
Probably lost in translation, but I'll clarify things nonetheless.So this forum is apolitical, so please keep your opinions for yourself.
We respect everyone's choice but this is not the place for this.And on a technical standpoint, I doubt nanotech is so far advanced.
Your bluetooth devices are probably one from your neighbours, 10m can be a wide range in dense areas. -

I asked myself the same "this must be a joke ?!?".
Now i have 3 BT devices in my boddy... Everyone gonna pair me in the street !

Maybe I can pair my device with my girlfriend and use the Kodi app to control her volume.

@embeddedmz This forum is for UT and it's related issues. I would guess that the number of people using Bluetooth headphones and smartwatches is the most likely explination. Please do not post about totally unproven theories here. There are many other places if you want to go down that wormhole. As @AppLee has also said.

@lakotaubp had the same issue and had to reinstall my device, i would change bluetooth support to "working but with issues" since having to reinstall is an issue. Seeing how many people struggle with bluetooth on their mi 2 i think it would be justified. I also tried with service restart in terminal and it didn't work.

@bogotrax
Since Shouko doesn't maintain this device from march on anymore it will hardly make any news, but i found out that bluetooth simply "doesn't like" when the cellular data is on. It only works when wifi is on and it needs a reboot after that. It is very annoying since waydroid" doesn't like" wifi which makes it impossible to for example listen to music when you are on your way with the mi a2. Anybody experiencing same or similar issues and searched for a solution already? My skills are limited but i like to learn about more terminal commands if that helps in my issue. Having cellular data on and no wifi, simply doesn't let the device find any other bluetooth devices. Rfkill shows no blocks and the bluetooth service is enabled. So there shouldn't be a reason that it doesn't work. Any other ideas on debugging the issue?
