try to install UT

Hi all,

I try to install Ut on my fairphone4,but the process are stuck for the verification if the bootloader are unlock and it is.
someone have an idea?

i cann see on the screen of my phone the bootloader is unlock.

@totonico Re start the installer, Pick your device from the list. When the unlock your device notice pops up click on more..., that will take you to all the info you need to unlock your phone. Please read it through a couple of times as if you miss a stage you will not unlock your bootloader.

@lakotaubp i try several times,the bootloader are unlock,i double check,the installer turn in loop on "waiting for device-asserting unlocked bootloadervariable".

i try to install,/e/os=> works,lineage os=>works..

the weird thing,when i start ubtoutch,he tell a new version are avaible,when i dowload it,it's the same version 0.9.6-beta,is that right?

@totonico The installer does not unlock the bootloader you need to follow the instructions in this link https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405858258961-FP4-Manage-the-bootloader to the letter you need your phone imei and serial number to get a code from Fairphone to begin the process it is a bit involved.

Please use ONLY 0.9.7 for the FP4, the older installers cannot do it properly.

From the FP4 device page, it leads to the 0.9.6 so a quick link update should be welcome or we gonna have more people with issues.
