How do I set the system clock to 24-hour format?

Hello. I'd like to set the clock on the panel and lockscreen to a 24hr clock like the rest of the system. How can I do this?

Apparently if I change my language from English (US) to English (UK) it changes the time format. This works but is very hacky and will mess with spelling correction.

@lakotaubp Sorry. The post in #design was meant for feedback, this was meant for finding help/as a guide for future users. I suppose they ended up seeming redundant.
