@ubportsnews Are there plans to improve the documentation on app development with 20.04?

                Hi!

Do you agree 20.04 to be a kind of "first release" of UBports of Ubuntu Touch?

My girlfriend used my UT device for a few days. She asked me about this:

If we are uploadling a file from an app like TELEports and we need to switch to other app, the uploading of the file on TELEports stops.

This has benefits, but at the same time is not so convenient. Is this a design path to keep, or, just a technical limitation that may be solved in the years to come?

                  Thank you!

What about the desired partnership with fairphone and therefore UT preinstalled on the fairphone 4 ?

@ubportsnews Will AI - like chatGPT - help small communities programming, can you imagine that? Are there already existing experiences?

On an earlier q&a you talked about an experimental patch for the notch on the Fairphone 4. Is there a way we can test it out?

Now that 20.04 is so close to the finish line, and people are already daily driving it. How does it feel? Surreal?

                        ♥

Are you going to leave UT 16.04 available to legacy devices (no further updates obviously unless someone takes that on) as a fork when stable 20.04 comes to the mainstream? (It would be a shame to lose it as a) it is stable and b) works and c) it is fun to play with)

This brings me on to the apps, would they still remain available for 16.04 after the stable release of 20.04?

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.... And more...
                          I have too many devices...

@ubportsnews Is possible for you, use Ubports in a retroconsole with Mainline kernel? Could be a future for the OS?
In the future web Will see engine that natively supporto Ubports? I know that with Godot somethink Is possible, but non native.
