@Pulsar33 Isn't it the issue with the delta updae. And can be fixed with the installer by reinstalling stable ( without wipe)
-
@lduboeuf sorry if I missed something about a previous issue.
If you think the only way is to reinstall, I think I will only do it if I'm sure that No Wipe keeps my Libertine setup unmodified.
Thanks for your answer too

Pulsar33Yes it will not modify your setup

@lduboeuf ok, I will give a try and comment here (I need first to upgrade my Mint Desktop which is a more urgent operation)
Have a nice day

There is no need to reinstall.
Just switch from stable to RC and update from device settings, then same thing from RC to stable.I did this on both my devices that had boot issue with first OTA 25, and now that's fixed.
PS : update was very long on both devices, be sure to have it plugged to charger with mini 70% battery, and be patient ^^

@Keneda ok thanks
I try that as soon as battery is over 70% and come back

@Keneda Good evening,
It has been laborious. I don't even know if we can declare this issue as solved because I had to install and reinstall several times the versions without being sure which ones were really installed at a given time. After installing the RC version, the Stable version would not reinstall. I think I installed the Developer version having engaged Developer mode for all intents and purposes. I was finally able to reinstall the Stable version (at least I think so, as the channel selection seems to be unstable or even random).
I just turned the phone off and on again without having to force a reboot. The problem seems to be solved but I am unable to specify how.
Unless I am mistaken, the versions installed successively are :
RC version 150 OS number OTA-25 peripheral ..._1023known
Dev version 23 OS number OTA-25 peripheral ...1023known
Stable version 987 OS number 2023-04-14 peripheral ...1987_known
Above list is false, see below
I don't know if this is normal and understandable for you
Best regards

@Pulsar33
Yes there is a bug with channel selection since some time (before OTA25) for all devices (i though you were aware of that).If i select RC, it gives me Dev channel for instance.
To know wich channel you selected, you must go back to main setting app menu, and then back to channel, then the real channel selected appear.
And to recognize the file, low number, under or equal to 25 is xenial stable, RC is much like 100, and dev can be 800 or so.
version 23 OS number OTA-25
This one is stable.

Arrrg ! I never used channels until today, I always tested the Stable versions as soon as they were available. According to what you say above, I understand that I have the Dev version (987) installed, not the Stable one (23). So let's go for another installation and cross the fingers to see it good at last ...
