UT 20.04 not working (Qualcom Chrash)
-
-
@SSD Could be the sign of a dying battery.
-
@MrT10001 I can get a day of battery on UT16
-
@SSD On my OPO6 and 6T, on the good ones, I get about two days on Xenial. On Focal it is hit and miss with a day. I can get about a week on Aeroplane Mode (which kind of defeats the purpose of the device). Oddly though the OPO6 and 6T are the only ones that give me a Qualcomm crash and that is when the battery is low or has died and I am plugging it in for a recharge.
For me it is a good device, but not quite ready in the sense for daily usage. That is like a lot of devices running UT, many factors involved. -
@SSD as I wrote, if you flash postmarkedOS with installer, you can not go back to UT. No Xenial and no Focal. It is one way. I tried many things, twrp etc... Thats why I keep it with PMOS, watching, enjoying it. Maybe someone knows a way back?
My other oneplus 6 works fine with Focal.

@Pingu
I guess you have to reinstall the good android version before installing UT back, like for any phone there.For doing that, you need to use android flashing tools, or, better, and if exist, oneplus flashing tool.

@Pingu
Via fastboot flash an appropiate recovery and dtbo image.I would use a TWRP recovery image, and a dtbo image from LineageOS.
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
Without flashing the dtbo, you won't be able to boot to recovery.

In worst case scenario, MSMdownloadTool will get you back to stock OOS

Ok nice, thanks at all.
