@lakotaubp Thanks pal, would try to search before asking. New here. Don't feel like going back to Android, so the questions.

@chdslv You ask away thats what we're here for. Mentioned the search function as I can never remember where all the stuff is, also it can be a good place to start.

                the solution with:

                sudo nano .config/upstart/gu.conf

                with the content

                start on starting dbus
                exec initctl set-env --global GRID_UNIT_PX=28

doesn't work for me on UT 20.04 (OTA-4)
I created the ~/.config/upstart folder because it didn't exist.
Has anyone been able to adjust the font size in UT 20.04 using cli?

                Redmi Note 9 pro (UT 20.04 OTA-5) with Legion5 (Ubuntu 23.10)

@chdslv like @lduboeuf said, UI Tweak tool can make font bigger on the scaling menu. Im using it on focal but some functionalities are not wotking. The scaling is working tho. You can try with this: https://gitlab.com/deathmist/ut-tweak-tool/-/jobs/6032285328/artifacts/file/build/aarch64-linux-gnu/app/ut-tweak-tool.sverzegnassi_0.7.1-20240126-184416_arm64.click

Just download and open with OpenStore
