In the UT Telegram client Teleport, I cannot send images right now on the Volla Phone 22.

I see the attached image in Teleports, but the other party does not receive it. I cannot see it either in my own account if I open a client in the computer desktop or an Android device. I can send images from these two clients.

I opened an issue one month ago:

        Anybody else seeing this issue?

@wgarcia That is very weird as it works just fine on my end. Also, if you can see the photo in the Teleports client then it suggests this is not a generic system content hub issue.

Are you able to get a screenshot of when you are about to send it and how it looks once you send it and then some logs perhaps? That might be helpful to help debug this..

As for logs, probably the Logviewer app from the OpenStore will help (that is also the preferable option as with that you can share the logs with ease), or you can try to find the Teleports service name e.g. here, if you've recently launched Teleports (I am sure there is a better way):

          journalctl --user -u lomiri-full-greeter | grep lomiri-app-launch--application-click--teleports

and then get the Teleport's logs:
(in my case as follows, but the id will likely be different on your end):

          journalctl --user -u lomiri-app-launch--application-click--teleports.ubports_teleports_1.18.230916001203--

          Thanks!

It is best to use web apps for images. There are several solutions in Appstor.

A friend has the same problem with Teleport on her Vollaphone22 with Xenial.
Despite it seems that attachment of image (from the gallery) and the the sending is ok, no images are received.

                  Hello @MV,

You can try sending them as a file or try this version of Teleports which fixes the problem.
