Hi @saveurlinux
They plan a first alpha release in 2026.
So it's not for today. But if they want to support Ubuntu Touch, they are welcome to contact us for help integrating it.
There are many trials to create an alternative to Chrome and all are welcome to make a version for Ubuntu Touch.UBports sadly does not have the resources to work on something else.
We have efforts made to bring Webkit to Ubuntu Touch as well as work done with Firefox and the upgrade of Morph to Qt6. 3 projects and probably only 3 persons doing work.
And they also contribute to porting, apps and the OS.
