Hey, there is zero confusion on the name for the record. I did make a joke on a thread about dailying a "daily" b/c its unstable but I knew full well what I was getting into and it was the best option at the time.
Hate to re-flash as this was the install where the stars aligned and things worked that have not the other 9 million times I have installed troubleshooting.

Is there a beta channel for the FP5 or is that just considered the daily channel?

@kaelte Same for me on Fairphone 3+ Also Notes blank and Music player doesn't show cover art. Apart from the bugs nice graphics but switching back to stable for now

@colw Music Player is one of the few apps working for me, including displaying album covers.
But still no improvement for Document Viewer and OSM Scout Server.

@peat_psuwit The FP5 issue isn't exclusive on Noble as it also happens on focal from time to time. When it happens, a reboot usually fixes it.

@peat_psuwit Makes sense. I'm sure if daily is gone from installer and things are laid out in order from Stable to RC to Daily, that's clear enough.
Amazing news about MMS on Noble! Sincere thanks to those who sorted it out!

It's now possible to send and receive MMS again as the underlying components for MMS have been fixed. Additionally, there's now a dialog telling users to disable Wi-Fi and enable mobile data before sending MMS.

                    Hello,

MMS sending and receiving is working great on Volla Quintus 👍 but I often get the pop-up reminding me to disable the Wi-Fi even if it is already disabled. Switching the Wi-Fi and cellular toggles on and off usually unblocks MMS sending.

So there might be an issue with the library reporting the connectivity status, i've tested several context, and works fine here on Focal with a messaging-app test app.
Maybe it takes some time before reporting correctly? Do you noticed issue with the indicator, e.g it shows the wifi off whereas the wifi is On or On while Off, same for cellular data?

I did not notice any visible issue or inconsistency with the indicator state. The issue happens after a restart or shutdown.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the following steps:

                        • disable Wi-Fi
                        • enable cellular data (2 to 5G)
                        • try to send a MMS
                          => it works
                        • restart the phone
                        • try to send a MMS
=> I get the information message inviting me to disable Wi-Fi and turn on cellular data
                        • disable cellular data
                        • enable cellular data

Did you noticed, instead of trying to send a MMS after reboot if no issue with internet ( e.g access any website with the browser ) ?

I had a quick look this evening and confirm that there is no issue with internet (tested with Morph).

ok, thx for the report, one last test you could try.
Just wait some time ( e.g a minute ) before sending MMS after reboot.
I've just tested on Focal without issue and asked the QA group about that issue.

                                  Thanks @lduboeuf .

After 10 minutes, the warning still appears. Once the cellular data toggle is switched off and on, MMS sending works again.

@peat_psuwit do you know if on 24.04, Lomiri.Connectivity have issue? I'm waiting for confirmation if this is the same for other devices.
