      Well, it could explain the failure.
      The UT port is based on Halium 11.
      So the Android version, before UT install, should be Android 11.

      Consider flash to Android 11 again and retry the UT installer.

              Great news. Calls should work.
              Are you able to try another SIM, from another operator?

                @Vlad-Nirky They actually don't, one of the technicians said that i need to write both IMEI's then calls will work. I'll try it today and tell you the results......

                  @Vlad-Nirky Nah, they don't. atleast i have a working UT phone, after 3 months of effort, dropping my battery life by 60% and hopefully gain some knowledge with Mobile Linux, I've been a desktop linux user for the past 6 years and now i got the opportunity to flash it into my mobile phone. Thanks for the community for that....

                    As we use ofono (as other linux for mobile), perhaps could you search if another mobile linux user of another OS could give you the good parameters for your operator...

                        IIRC you should find the settings for 2/3/4/5G in mobile settings in settings app.
