Hello all,
It's been almost a year since last calendar-app release...
We plan to release a new version after 24.04.1.2 and 20.04 OTA11Amongst many translation updates, this version contains bug fixes and new features:
For the complete list, see commits started from 2025/05/27:
https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-calendar-app/-/commits/main?author=Lionel DuboeufFixes should be the closed tickets since 9 months: https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-calendar-app/-/issues?sort=updated_desc&state=closed&first_page_size=50
How to test:
Some fixes only apply if you are on current RC of 20.04 or 24.04, but most should work on stable.
Download this file and open it with OpenStore : https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-calendar-app/-/jobs/13104368154/artifacts/raw/build/aarch64-linux-gnu/app/calendar.ubports_1.1.4-88-g75d22242_arm64.click
It will replace the stable version with the beta.
You can always go back to current stable version of calendar-app via OpenStore ( Installed apps->stable version available )Happy testing

@lduboeuf I installed it on a Volla Quintus on the current stable 24.04. Things seem to work. I notice that all my broken accounts/calendars are now sectioned as "Local Calendars," which I cannot delete.

Unfortunately, the broken online calendars for those who have already switched to 24.04 before the next release won't be automatically fixed.
A work around is to remove configs file:
rm -rf .config/evolution/sourcesthen restart the phone -
@lduboeuf Hello Lionel.
Thanks for your work.
What are the fixes to check ? -

A work around is to remove configs file:
rm -rf .config/evolution/sourcesthen restart the phoneOK, then. New bug :). I deleted it and tried to re-add my calendars. The Google account went through the add flow but then said there's already an email address associated with that Google account. Then it did not add the calendar.

What are the fixes to check ?Not easy to have a quick overview because some were already closed, but in theory all tickets closed since 9 months: https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-calendar-app/-/issues?sort=updated_desc&state=closed&first_page_size=50

This should be fixed on last RC ( make sure all accounts are cleaned before, and you did the configs remove as mentionned above )
