so far im on like build 82 ....

-
can someone else please try to play god of war ....i have a xaiomi redmi note 9 pro ...its laggy for me i dont know who has a better phone? ...i think its just me as other games run great! could just be the limit of my hardware on UT also lomri could use some tweaks for sure as it was overloading it at first
-
actually i found a rendering bug that is killing performance ...eventually ill update after more testing and fixing right now im focusing on the x86_64 UT port

i guess ill call it a success? ....i have one more update planned to give max gamepad support both woreless and usb ....i know it works on MY device so i guess once i do the last update ill try to put it on open store?
-
please note i think the ppsspp intro animation will stay bugged iv come to the conclusion its lomri and how it focuses ....or a simpler explaination is ...i cant figire it out yet ....but has zero affect on game play or performance ....just slightly annoying

You might be overestimating the demand. It's a niche within a niche. There very little people using UT and I imagine within that group there's only a handful of people interested in this.
For me it's also your erratic style of working on these projects.
-
Just one question: Any reason you don't host this project on a git platform, like "Github" or "Gitlab" or "Bitbucket" ? Maybe having to go to google drive links may look a bit weird for some people.
Maybe it could help also to publish more screenshots, or even better a video of your application running on Ubuntu Touch.
Also I'm sure you will get feedback when you publish the app on the openstore, but it might not be ready yet?
Thank you!

@RandomUser yes i do work on things erratically i am the poster child for ADHD and im not just saying that either ...im a little crazy it is what it is lol i just tend to to go where my brain feels good
-
@pparent might seem weird but i dont "git" ....so like in the grand scheme of things i missed the launch boat of github ....then when i did learn about it i found it confusing ...so i never really used it ...so just when i started to "git "it i started warming up to it microsoft bought github and the forced 2FA on me even though i wrote them and told them this is a sure fire way to lock me out because i dont do this .....sure as heck a week later i cant get in and support not responding ..i cant access any of my hard worked on repos .....so in conclusion if i cant host it forget about it i WILL NEVER USE A GIT PLATFORM AGAIN ....i dont see whats wrong with google drive? i can actually control my files and it lets me share them with people ....i see no issue ...yeah google my be an intrusive company ...but google drive is just google drive it works great granted they are probably copying all my files ....but i dont care i only put out what i intend to share
-
and i do include all the source code ...so people cant be all that paranoid? ...i mean they can but it would be massively counter productive and silly
-
@pparent so funny story on my device chromium crashes when i try to upload a pic ....the intouch app does not load pics and the ui is cutt off on morph so i cant seem to figure out how to upload pics from my device thats why i used pics from the internet ....also content hub does not work ...so everything im doing seems to be a constant workaround ...and i mean EVERYTHING .....the fact that i was able to get one of the best mobile game emulators to run natively on UT full speed ...i dont know where "niche" comes from but if you like to play games on your phone ......also im using this as a starting point for ps2 and 3 emulation and other higher end game systems ....im currently backwards engineering the havoc game engine based on alot of this work ...this means we will be able to play skyrim and fallout 4 natively on our devices .....would also be the first open source playable havoc game engine ....thats a big deal and also it will only be available on ubuntu touch bringing people to UT is one thing ....but projects like this keep them ....both of what i mentioned
-
im not mad but i am like ?? ...something like this always gives you more feedback ...so its a little confusing ....i am who i am ..so in the end eventually people will realize im just a happyish nerd it like to make stuff ...i see UT as a garden that needs water ...i like programming ...now we have AI to find syntax errors i like programming even more and UT could use some high quality programs once i get the x86 and arm64 version hammered out ill have extended ubuntu touch to ALOT of devices ......so im using my powers to help and do good i think? ....even using AI it took me awhile to port this and get it right i worked hard on it sacrificed many nights of sleep ....and nobody is testing it? ...feels like a little bit of a slap in the face ....also i wont put something broken and untested on open store
-
feedback = encouragement
-
works on s7 edge no problem
-
@Kamil thank you VERY MUCH! ....im crying tears of happiness! ...those guys made a really nice emulator im glad UT can run it because of this i should be able to bring playstation 2/3 and other heavy emulators

-
@Kamil get ready im like 60% complete with the havoc engine ...lots of work but will be worth it!
-
yes it will be good because i think the Ubuntu touch without emulators and good games will be boring. It will be great to have atleast something to play with. And I refuse to use a waydroid.
