UBports installer on Nexus 5x

In the installation of UBPORTS, a message appears indicating that the phone has OEM blocking.
I need to unlock the phone, someone could help me,

Using the terminal
Sudo bootloader OEM unlock.
Think you need to install adb tools on your pc/laptop first. The Magic Device Tool will do it also, not sure about the ubports installer as I haven't used it fully yet. More to the point though the nexus 5x as far I can recall is not working at present and dev work is on hold or pending. Hope this helps. -
