I've released V8.15.0-1 with the following changes:

-Bump to Signal-Desktop 8.15.0-1 (First to officially support arm64)Edit: never mind, it seems to have settled now. This might have been due to openstore updating the app.
Behold! A crash on startup:
Jun 23 13:21:26 ubuntu-phablet systemd[9539]: Started lomiri-app-launch--application-click--signalut.pparent_signallauncher_8.15.0-1--.service. Jun 23 13:21:26 ubuntu-phablet aa-exec[239595]: rm Error : '/home/phablet/.local/share/signalut.pparent/recently-used.xbel' does not exist. -
So no bug in the end?

Currently, it seems not.

I see that they have added Signal UT to this page!
Which is nice!
But the link "Check out on Openstore" points to Cinny? Any way to report it? Maybe @moem ? -

@pparent The keyboard now works in 2.x for Signal UT!!!

That's great news!!

I've been informed that I should rebrand "Signal UT" for Trademark concerns.
I propose "Sigma UT". What do you think?

( Also I will give informations on how to rebrand the app to Signal once installed, for those who want to do that on their own and for their own device, for aesthetic reasons only, and knowing that this is not and official Signal app provided by Signal Technology Foundation, as already mentioned in the description of the app. )
Thank you!

@pparent The word sigma has some not very neutral meanings tied to it these days, as in alpha, beta and sigma males. I would not go for this name, unless you want the app to be associated with the manosphere.
Maybe you could pick a nice animal or plant you like, that starts with an S? Seal, seagull, satsuma, strawberry?

I did not know about that, but then do you mean we should accept to not use greek letters anymore? Should we stop talking about Alpha and Beta versions of software? (exemple 24.04-2.0 Beta )
I would like something close enough to "Signal UT" so that we can mentally link it and know this is the same app. And I don't really want to add a reference to an animal I prefer it to stay on a neutral reference or a reference to privacy.
Other possibilities:
- "Sigilo UT": In spanish it means confidential, but I fear people don't know how to prononce it.
- "Sigla UT"
- "Sigmax UT"
- "Signeo UT"
Any preference?
