Nexus 7 (2013) Wi Fi

I have an old Nexus 7 tablet with UT already installed but I cannot remember the 4 digit password.
I know I have very little data on it so I would like to re-install UT xenial to get a new password.
How do I enable developer mode knowing that I can't access the settings which require a password?

@ubuntoutou Unfortunately you will lose your data this way to get a usable device. Boot into the bootloader (fastboot) using the key combination from power off, if I remember it is volume down and power together. Fire up the installer on the pc and manually select the device and install UT. If you leave wipe data unticked you will still end up with the old passkey.
