Any chance to use FmM radio on Xperia X with UT24.04

I know that the Sony Xperia X is not maintained today.
But, since we can use it with the UT 24.04, do you think there is any chance to make the FM radio works now ? Does it change somthing ?

@DJac To get the FM radio to work a port maintainer would need to look into it.
It having received 24.04 does not automatically mean that new hardware enablement would automagically happen. Hardware enablement is what port maintainers do.

my Volla X23 has a FM radio implemented. A radio app that supports the hardware radio would also be desirable for me.

It does? Is the devices page not up to date then? Because there it is marked as not working. Same for the Xperia X.

it doesn't works ? if you can't found it in the open-store app, it's probably mean, that the fm-radio don't works on your device...

That is only the last part of the whole. There aren't many NFC apps either, but even without them the porter can have enabled the NFC hardware to work on their port. The same is the case for the FM radio. Enabling the hardware comes first. Having an app that can make use of it comes second. What is missing on these devices is the former.

I believe there was an app for it but not sure if it ever worked or if it still works.
I never got FM radio on UT so I wouldn't hold ny breath waiting for one
