      Hello,

      I just connected a Cherry mouse and keyboard model DW9500 DW Slim, using BT. It appears in the UT correctly registered but it is never able to keep the connection, making then useless.
      Any suggestions to fix this?
      Thanks.

        @Kadafi

        I have no such hardware to try to repro it, but there are issues on gitlab about such problems.

        Try this workaround , maybe it will work for you.

          @Kadafi Do you know what kind of connection it uses? In my experience, BT3 and BT5 works better while BT4/BLE works quite bad.

            @kugiigi in the manual mentions "protocol BT 4.2"

              @gpatel-fr it does not work. The symptoms are the same.
